Veronica was truly amazing with Tocayo. Even though there was a misunderstanding on my side about his weight, she still welcomed him with so much kindness and care. From the moment she received him, it was clear that she genuinely cared about his well-being and made sure he felt loved and comfortable.

We have been clients of Kim’s for almost 10 years now for our 2 dogs, now seniors. She’s trustworthy and loves all animals. We highly recommend to her any one who wants the best care. Kim is communicative and punctual and we rest easy traveling when we know that our dogs are in her care. I had a bad experience with a boarding facility and only keep our dogs at home now. We have one highly anxious dog who used to be challenging to walk. Kim has vast experience with bully breeds. Her updates with photos are always appreciated.
